Maybe it's us, but we like the idea of metal tools rather than plastic; they last longer and are a bit more robust. Lezyne's new pump is all aluminium and superbly machined. True, it doesn't have an ergonomically shaped handle and there's no thumb lock (on this model), but it'll get a tyre inflated to around 25psi in about 120 strokes. The concealed hose is double ended for Schrader and Presta valves, and means you're not leaning on the valve as you pump up the tyre. It's slightly more laborious to use, and the pump whistles in use but it's smooth and oozes quality.
In conclusion...
This is on eproduct for which Lezyne can justify the price.
