The Pro Race features a new casing which is remarkably supple, yielding a road feel that rivals fine tubulars. It utilizes our exclusive polyamide casing plies, plus a special interwoven nylon belt under the tread. The result is a more supple ride and increased rolling efficiency, plus better puncture resistance in the tread area. The belt also reduces casing stretch caused by high pressures, increasing tread life.
