It has a "k:ium" rail, which is Fizik's answer to high priced titanium and is comprised of a mixture silica and chrome. Chrome gives it its luster, and the silica gives it some compliance, much like you can expect from Ti rails. The Ares TT saddle also marks the introduction of a new :k cover design.
