1. What or who is Zepnat ?  A: Zepnat is a small, home based company founded on behalf of the ACE Racing team

2. How long has Zepnat been in business? A: Zepnat was formed in the spring of 2005.

3. What is the idea behind Zepnat? A: Zepnat was formed largely to support the ACE racing team in terms of sponsorship & equipment. However, it has since proved so successful that we are now running it as a viable commercial business.

4. Why should I buy from Zepnat? A: As keen cyclists, all members of Zepnat hope to promote and encourage the sport we love. We are not here to simply make money - we will not fob you off with dodgy advice just to make a sale. With over 20 years international experience behind us, we like to think we can make informed choices in the goods we sell. If it is not good enough for us - we won't try and sell it to you.

5. How can I order from Zepnat? A: The Zepnat website has an active online shop. Simply register your details and you can order online. We are currently using "paypal" merchant system.  You don't even need a paypal account to order from us, we also accept credit and debit card over the telephone.  Postal orders and cheques are welcome . If you are local, just email us or give us a call.

7. What is the Matlock Cycling Club discount? A: As all our proprietors have a close affiliation to Matlock CC, we thought it appropriate to offer members an extra 10% discount. 8. What sort of products are Zepnat offering? A: Zepnat is building up its product portfolio on a daily basis, we currently sell products from the following manufactures: Alan bicycle frames, Xero wheels, Continental tyres and tubes, SIS energy products, Pazzaz finishing kit, Vittoria shoes, Custom made tights and legwarmers , Laser helmets  and Gommitalia/Dugast tyres. You will see our team members riding Alan Cyclocross frames/Xero wheels for the upcoming Notts & Derbys Cross season and the national trophy series.
